modified mpegCreator.py script to now create movies from both log and linear images #69

now creates movies for both log and linear images. this is for the non-ephem images. I have modified the ephem mpegCreator scirpt to do the same but am not commiting it right now because i have not tested it (since we dont have log_ephem pngs yet)

also note that I re-added the try-except statements because some of the vesta folders are being problematic again.
