Reformat QA Spreadsheet

Reformat the QA Spreadsheet to make the following changes:

• Split the Mars and Neptune data into separate sheets
• Condense the data by copying the before/after CR data from each pair into a single row. Keeping the un-cr corrected file name e.g. ua5g0101m_c0m_center_single_sci_linear_ephem_lb.png
• Add two new columns where you calculate the ephemerides offset in the terms of pixel in the native image. Do this by taking the offset you have measure in pixels on your screen and using the axis of the image to figure out how man pixel this would be in the native image.
