App not installed on android 6.0.1 #2

Expected behavior

I need to be able to install the app after downloading apk file.

Actual behavior

app is not installed after downloading apk and trying to install it.

How to reproduce

Tap here https://github.com/STWheel/Music-Player-GO-mod/releases
Tap on 920 KB Music-Player-GO-mod.apk
wait a moment to download
When done, Click Open and install the app
Application not installed
Write a bug there

Device: ONE PLUS 2 OxygenOS Version 3.6.1

Operating System:Android 6.0.1 App Version :2.4.1.3
