Can't download BBC files, NOT from the BBCi player

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to page http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00jd68z
2.In terminal run get-flash-videos
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I had hoped to download the trail for "A Night at the Office"
I got the attached file as an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using version get-flash-videos_1.14-1_all.deb
I'm using operating system Ubuntu 9.04

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm very new to Linux, so may well have made a mess of things. If so, I'm
sorry. Could someone give me a step by step guide?

If I can get this to work, I would like to download the other extra bits
from "The Office"
