Acceptance Criteria

Feed must be occasionally refreshed to see if new posts are posted. If so these post must be added to feed.
If there is no new post, it shouldn't produce any visual to disturb user.
refreshing must be done with rendering not with page refresh.
post reaction and like counts must be updated correctly.
