added format metadata function so stored cutflows are floats not value_accumulators
cutflows' keys in the metadata dict now called cutflow_*
fixed bug in form_metadata function

For some reason the "files changed" tab doesn't work. I had to check this locally @pmlugato git diff remotes/origin/master..remotes/origin/cutflow_updates

Yes I was confused about this, but like you saw the only true diffs should merge no problem (the other supposed "file changes" already exist in master from your (Luca's) previous PR.
