Moved to tighter cuts for the WH channel on the lepton ID selection:
80% WP of the electron ID MVA
Tight ID, VeryTight iso (PF rel iso < 0.1), and |dz| < 0.05 cm for muons
These tight cuts will be used for our ntuple skims, which will help keep disk usage down, but the looser (ZH) ID criteria are kept in WH_utils in case we ever want to run a loose-not-tight skim.
Other changes are minor, mostly plot ranges and dropping some unnecessary variables.
