btag weights for WH #349

The btag weight implementation we took from the ZH analysis has two incompatibilities with WH

  1. the data/BTagUL<era>/eff.pickle are calculated for the ZH selections.
  2. the event weights are calculated for a loose selection only: WH, at the moment, applies loose and tight selections. We need to change this.
