Does not work with 'type' and 'description'

@mariahaider are we talking about an embed table on Providers' details or the list view for Providers?

I am talking about the usual search/filter option for the details (name, type and Description), not the list view.

I also noticed that the Decomission, In service etc filters seem to be not working. They seem to be a separate section with title 'Services'.
