Missing </div> tag for container #124

@Rafaelflores92 @roshinc @Quanda @km441193 @kullah We are missing an ending

tag for container. That's why the footer in the all the pages aside from the index.html looks so shotty. I fixed them and I also removed any un-needed newline characters from counselingcenterstable.html.(They were making my sublime look weird). I know that everyone is working on there own files, so I wanted to make sure that this is something that I can do without having a merge conflict.

Well I update the site. Hope i didn't mess anyone up!
