Add home icon and change text to 'Home' for each page #146

For all 4 main pages, "Important Terms", "Foreclosure Timeline", "Need Help?", and "Questionnaire" we should change the text on the top left to 'Home' and add a home icon next to it. These buttons currently say the title of the current page meanwhile they all link to the Home page.
