Jupyter Notebooks added to parse JSON files #307

Includes two Jupyter Notebooks that parse all the fields from our two scouting templates available for the Colorado Regional. Each Notebook focused on one of the templates (either Match Metrics or Pit) from Robot Scouter.

The Notebooks output to CSV and Excel files. The Excel files could use some help on formatting and addition of charts.

Apologies. Looks like my Git on Windows is sending this Pull Request to you @SUPERCILEX . ;-) Intended to go to our forked one. Willing to share if others are interested, but was for our upcoming scouting efforts.
