Update metadata.json to support GS 47 #186

This only bumps the metadata, it seems to be working fine on GS 47.

Thanks! Now unfortunately I don't have access to a computer for the next few weeks, so can't publish this. If you're willing to help, you could run make bundle and upload the zip (bundle.zip IIRC) in a comment. Then I should be able to upload it to the gnome extensions website.

I wish, but there's no API that I know of for publishing besides the website.
