For improved performance, JSN-SR04_Gen3 sensor requires 5 V input. Particle Boron outputs/accepts 3.3 V from/into GPIOs.

TODO:

[x] Get power boost IC to boost Boron's 3.3 V to 5 V for sensor's power supply
[x] Get level shifter to shift sensor's TRIG output back down to 3.3 V for safe usage on Boron

Testing complete and appears to be functional. Will close this once a wiring diagram is posted (https://github.com/SUPScientist/smart-coasts-bathy-mapping/issues/4).
