Use a volume for the cloudbeaver data directory #1572

THe commit https://github.com/SURFscz/SBS/commit/3ba1daec7b9d641d286ba7b5de21b5a5060d192b creates a folder 'cloudbeaver' in the repository directory. Please change this to a volume.
