Fix to allow proper database configuration for COmanage plugins. #173

It seems like caching prevented the proper configuration of the plugin schemata. Output seems to indicate the freshly installed plugins are never considered for schemata changes. After clearing the cache, all plugins are considered, which allows proper database configuration.
