Zabbix host registration role blijft "changed" status geven #394

Het gaat om deze task: https://github.com/SURFscz/SRAM-deploy/blob/main/roles/zabbix-agent/tasks/main.yml#L73

Is dit issue: https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.zabbix/issues/785

Oplossing is om het in twee stappen te doen: eerst de host updaten (idempotent) en daarna de PSK info updaten (niet idempotent).
