Allow deployment of the active SRAM components in read docker containers. Aggregates a LOT of work from the past couple of months.

In het nieuwe jaar is er nog wel allemaal poetswerk te doen, en we moeten bedenken hoe we dit in de SURFconext deploy inbouwen, maar het fundament staat. Mooi werk @mrvanes!
