As discussed in the SRAM&friends overleg: SRC want to connect workspaces to SRAM for authentication (SAML, OIDC, pam-weblogin), but these should not use the main SRC tokens. Also there shoudl be autorisation on a CO-basis.

Discuss how to implement this. Possible routes:

a proxy on the SRC side
subservices in SRAM under the main SRC service
further automation/API in SRAM
