use uuid-based url to link for sbs_url #107

Since release 24 COs are reachable via their uniqueidentifier (in addition to the database id). See https://github.com/SURFscz/SBS/issues/704

Please use these new URLs in the sbs_url labeledURI instead of the database-id ones.
