[x] Change SvdProjection class to SVDProjection.
[x] Merge build_from_data into DiffusionMaps class (data, kernel) and remove the parameter optimization
[x] Move parameter optimization to the specific kernel subclass.
[x] Make DiffusionMaps fit() method private and run automatically.
[x] Make DiffusionMaps.parsimonious(dim) a standard method and make the returns attributes of the class (change name to be descriptive).
[x] Build the kernel_matrix as an attribute of each Kernel subclass.
[x] kernel_entry should be a private method.
[x] Restructure Distance in the same fashion as Kernel
[x] POD change modes to n_modes
[x] POD set default values for n_modes and reconstruction_percentage to None. Change to the associated error checks.
[x] Set run() automatically if snapshots are provided. Otherwise it can be run by providing them to the run() method.
[x] Retain as attributes the POD modes (phi), eigenvalues, and the U matrix.
