Drop sync for SOC7 repos #3966

Drop sync for SOC7 repos and older because disks on clouddata and provo-clouddata are very full and these repos are not needed anymore. ECP is on SOC8 and cloud.suse.de is evacuated right now and we might be done in a few weeks.
