It would be great if we can generate a framework specific changelog, i.e. if something changes for AWS like the recent need to have an additional IAM permission, there is an AWS specific changelog. Once we have this we shold think about if/how we can incorporate this in the RPM changelog such that it gets picked up by the image changelog generator.
