The happy_path system specs for AWS & Azure now go through a full deployment, download of cleanup instructions, and cleanup.

In addition to a good extension of coverage, it makes re-recording easier (by cleaning up!) and will facilitate easier integration with OpenQA.

⚠ #202 needs to be merged first.
