Fix tomcat tags #596

The tag got renamed from ${TOMCAT_VER}-jre${JRE_VERSION} to ${TOMCAT_VER}-openjdk${JRE_VERSION} in https://github.com/SUSE/BCI-dockerfile-generator/commit/04538e2d006e423cb44f955412a703f0aba92182

Check CI failures

Yes, the CI is failing for Tumbleweed, because the change that requires this (https://github.com/SUSE/BCI-dockerfile-generator/pull/1675) didn't get into Factory, but is already in SLES. It will probably reach factory eventually, but atm the submissions are blocked due to https://github.com/SUSE/BCI-dockerfile-generator/pull/1700 or a comparable fixed not being accepted.
