This new command fails all MDS daemons attached to a file system. Also rename remove/mds to remove/cephfs and add it to stage 5.

Seems like no one ever tried to remove a cephfs instance...

Commit 2123fc6c09000d5268f3792f8212999afeccc6b8 is OK for suite deepsea:tier2. Check tests results in the Jenkins job: http://ci.ses.suse.de:8080/job/pr-deepsea/289/

nah ;) Hardly any of this backports. I'll provide a PR against SES5 though.
