Improve help for OAuth2 - Google #1833

Please, add somewhere, that Google+ API has to be enabled in the Google Console for using Google OAuth2 - https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/plus.googleapis.com/overview

I was looking for it in the code, manual, and found it by trying to get an access and from the log returned by Google API.
