angi-tester HW day2

features to be added to angi from day2 of re-work on angi-tester:

• defaults for test-use-cases are now all defined in a defaults.json file; parameter is now --defaultsFile
• srMode and opMode are not longer hard coded and could be adapter in local properties file
• properties are written to local test_properties file for shell-helper-scripts
• some use-cases had a defect directory structure; now all use cases are following the directory structure of angi-ScaleUp
