rename to caaspctl

coming up in the discussion of https://github.com/kubic-project/automation/pull/148 can we rename it to caaspctl (like all other tools, kubectl, etcdctl, systemctl ...) preferrably before releasing 2.0?

We can't have a caasp-ctl and a caaspctl. That overloading of CLI terms is... not good. So, my opinion here is no.

@ajaeger - Before a decision is made on this, it's important to understand the scope of this change:

• Update name of repo
• Update code to change name
• Rename OBS build
• Rename RPM package
• Update Concourse jobs
• Update caasp-container-manifests so the new RPM name is included
• Submit IBS updates so proper package makes it into ISO

I'd rather see us continue to focus on defects than this rename. It will require several people and a few days to make it through the system.

+1 for renaming this project to caaspctl. It will make it more user friendly. I don't see any problems with renaming it.
