Make OAuth and OpenID Connect configurable #32

Make it possible to set the OAuth field in Portus configuration file from externally.

After thinking it over I am liking the old setup. toYaml can be useful for labels but I would like to leave the organization as is. PR #38 does only update some of these sections, but after that is merged the rest can be updated in values.yaml as well.

OK, I will close this PR. I am waiting for GitHub items to be configurable in future updates. Thank you for responding.
