Disable collecting klogs on caasp pipelines for now #62

If not, we hit https://github.com/SUSE/cap/issues/51.

flying cap-pre-release-caasp I get:

apply configuration? [yN]: y
error: invalid pipeline config:
invalid resources:
        resource 'schedule-interval' is not used

But cap-release-caasp pipeline actually succeed when flying....
