WIP: First skeleton of an installation guide #10

As discussed with Tanja, this PR contains:

a set which contains pointers to the book (previously in MAIN*.xml, but had to be renamed to book_hpc_guide.xml) and an article.
the article will become the installation guide.
an additional DC file DC-hpc-all to build the set.

Update 2021-02-24: Integrate first draft from Egbert

I'd been keeping this open to copy the MAIN file changes for a future installation guide. However, with the SP6 move from a product to a module, any installation content will stay in the one HPC guide. Therefore I'm finally closing this PR.
