Add new retail formulas content and rework retail setup
Fix non-working links in retail install
- two links in retail install were missing .adoc suffix
Add saltboot diagram to the Terminal ops as a boot process

I'm sorry for the late update, I got distracted. Updated according to changes. I edited one of your suggestions about the first paragraph in retail-install-setup.adoc, so please review.
