Installing SAP HANA from an NFS server was used for testing prior to this pull request. This pull request uses the more cost effective method which downloads SAP media from IBM Cloud Object Storage.

@arbulu89 I forced pushed the update to powervs/modules/hana_node/salt_provisioner.tf which was mistakenly part of #737. Please review and merge.
