terraform 1.1.X

update terraform to version 1.1.X (tested with 1.1.6) and plugins to latest available versions
providers/versions are now maintained in version.tf
provider version verification/locking is now done in .terraform.lock.hcl (https://www.terraform.io/docs/language/dependency-lock.html)
format changes for terraform v1.1.x

add aws_network_interface to solve deprecation

azure 2.97.0

argument azurerm_lb_backend_address_pool.resource_name is deprecated
argument backend_address_pool_id is depricated and replaced by a list backend_address_pool_ids
