Navigation to project overview #70

At the moment there is no navigation link to the project overview. This makes it hard to see the list of projects. We do want to encourage collaboration, so we should feature the existing projects prominently.

I would suggest to:

Put a link on the center of the home page, close to the "Create new" link.
Add a link to the projects overview to the navigation header at the top of each page
The Hack Week logo in the header should be a link to the home page, so you can get back from each page to the starting point, form where you reach everything else again,

Please talk to @cyntss. What is currently online on hackweek.suse.com will get replaced with the new hackweek design next week. The new design is the current master branch.

The link is there now, called "join a project"

This is not very obvious. I searched for quite some time until I found it. There are many reasons to see a list of projects, not only if I want to join one. Can we please make this a bit more obvious?

To list all available projects, please, click on "Join a project" link, hmm, not very intuitive. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_Make_Me_Think

There now is a link "All Projects" at the bottom
