Feature/remove factory #43

Remove code related to the exporters factory. As we only use and support prometheus and there are no intentions to update that by now, this code does not make sense.

The PR is just to remove this code. I have not add any additional change. It works exactly the same than before.

I have not tested yet, I will do it tomorrow, so only check the technical side, if you approve and after the tests if everything is OK I will merge it
