Feature/change usr etc #51

Configuration folder updated from /etc to /usr/etc.

sysconfig file usage has been remove as it didn't have much sense, and it could be point of issues

@diegoakechi Automatic detection added is configuration file is not provided by argument (this is how daemon works). Now /etc/hanadb_exporter and /usr/etc/hanadb_exporter are used to find the config and metrics files.
