Merge old tool manpages into a single `ulp.1` manpage #103

Previously, the ulp tool were several standalone binaries. Later on, those binaries were all merged into a single ulp tool, but the manpages still consisted and referenced separated binaries.

This commit merges all those manpages into one. Also update the documentations with some more informations.
