Raise client connection log level to ERROR #81

Now messages about connection failures will be logged if the client is started without the verbose flag.

Now you get a couple of these every minute if the client can't connect

[ERROR] 2023-11-17T16:30:50Z While getting https://sensor-frontend:8000/: Get "https://sensor-frontend:8000/server.pem": dial tcp 192.168.122.76:8000: connect: connection refused
