perf follow ups #26

One more duplicate command I missed in the previous patchset is duplicate tpgt_X creation (where X>=2). This patchset adds that (with a crude array check), as well as better allowing for json syntax highlighting under lrbd -e.

Regarding the duplicate tpgt_X create filtering - it should also be possible to avoid the duplicate further up at the loop level, but I decided to go with a less intrusive approach.
