add removal of doc files from images
disable ssh, we have salt
reenable firewall for JeOS if installed

Image building tried to automatically enable ssh service, which was understandable before moving to saltboot. But now this is not needed and should be opt-in rather then opt-out as in saltboot environment every retail image after deployment is salt minion and thus remotely accessible.
