saltboot dracut module is missing correct dependencies for compressed images, disable them until new module is released

I tested this works with current (4.3.1 and older) version of dracut-saltboot and to be released (4.3.2) version of dracut-saltboot. Compressed images had to be disabled until https://github.com/uyuni-project/retail/pull/131 is merged.

@mbologna Can you please merge this?
