set a timeout for regsharing requests

Description

Default timeout for that request is 60 seconds, which is longer than the regsharing timer (30 seconds)

When the request reaches default timeout (60 seconds), it produces a SIGTERM SignalException, crashing regsharing

Set a timout shorter than regsharing timer

Change Type
