Non-admin CF users cannot see all roles if they exceed 100

• For each CF we get the connected user's roles (for example space developer)
• Sometimes the number of roles can exceed a single page / api response (for example a user has over 100 space developer roles)
• We were not persisting anything over the first page
• This can result in some spaces being ignored when creating applications or services (we filter out spaces where the user is not a space developer)

This does not affect admins as their permissions are handled differently (global flag rather than specific space roles).
