List filters fail to work after refreshing a 'max'ed list #560

Stratos Version 4.4.4

Expected behaviour

Changing filters of a list, after refreshing, on a list that's in please filter mode should be correctly applied

Actual behaviour

Filters are not correctly applied (they apply to the recently fetched list... which contained the initial filters that were previously set)
User has to reset filters (via User Profile Clear Settings feature) and refresh

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Navigating to a list that contains more than 600 resources (which triggers the 'please filter' mode),
Use the cf/org/space filters
Refresh
Reset the filters, or change to a different org. Most likely there will be not results
