Bind mounting /usr/lib/zypp/plugins causes calling old urlresolver code which breaks the migration on the zypper level. Instead of mounting this path only the /usr/lib/zypp/plugins/services path needs to be mounted
In addition the python2 stack should be removed from the migration live image description
