Preparing for the new SUSE Doc Portal: Add metadata and revhistory and article ID

This PR contains two important changes:

• user_guide.adoc: Add article ID, so we can anchor the revision history to it
• user_guide-docinfo.xml: Add metadata that's needed for the new doc portal
