add SUSE logo for use on light-color backgrounds #44

The image, common/images/src/svg/suse-white-logo-green.svg, is designed for dark backgrounds. The new image, common/images/src/svg/suse-green-logo-green.svg, is designed for light backgrounds.

Question: Should we use this new image for the document cover?
