Data Store: cmd/clientds tool should report on all items, bundles and reports in the data store #20

Per the investigation in #18 the cmd/clientds is not displaying data items that have been allocated to a bundle, or bundles that have been allocated to a report.

It should show all items, bundles and reports present in the client data store, including the any associations with other object types they may have.
